Not feeling hungry in the morning can sometimes signal underlying imbalances, such as disrupted blood sugar levels or hormonal irregularities. It’s normal not to feel hungry first thing, but prioritising a balanced breakfast as your first meal of the day can really help:

For a balanced breakfast, consider starting your day with some sort of:
* Protein: Eggs, Greek yoghurt, ham… 🍳🍦
* Fats: Avocado, nuts, seeds, nut butter… 🥑🫒
* Fibre: Berries, oats, chia seeds… 🍓🫐
If you really aren’t a breakfast person, that’s ok too! Just ensure your first meal is balanced & nutrient-dense, including a mix of colourful fruits and veggies, proteins, healthy fats, and fibres—not just a quick snack because you prefer intermittent fasting until lunchtime (when you’re actually SO hungry) 😬.
