3 Phased Approach

Pre Consultation Paperwork
  • Complete initial paperwork, including a meal journal and habits assessment.
Session 1:
  • We’ll dive into your intake form together, exploring what stands out so we can identify key areas to focus on for your journey. We will set goals and create and action plan.
  • Understand the KEY role that balanced blood sugar plays in your metabolism, energy, and hunger levels.
  • Learn how to incorporate anti-inflammatory foods and other nutritional strategies to support your hormonal balance and blood sugar regulation.
  • Learn different stress reduction techniques that can help you manage blood sugar and your stress hormone, cortisol.
Session 2:
  • Explore the intricate role of your gut microbiome in overall health.
  • Gradually eliminate potential irritants and implement healing strategies.
  • Learn how sleep, movement, mindful eating, and hydration impact your digestion.
  • Receive essential resources like meal templates and snack ideas tailored to your needs.
Session 3:
  • Address challenges and fine-tune strategies for your ongoing improvement.
Session 4:
  • Learn how to recognise and fight irrational beliefs that are holding you back.
  • Develop self-compassion and a positive relationship with food.
  • Learn to set realistic and achievable goals, realistic health is the best health!
  • Developing a balanced and intuitive eating approach.
Session 5: By the end of the program’s three phases, you’ll have built realistic, sustainable habits that bring you closer to your specific health goals—whether that’s reducing bloating, boosting energy… After completing the program, we’ll schedule a follow-up to review your progress and ensure you have a clear plan to keep building on these successes!
