Tahini Hot Cacao

Hot cacao isn’t just YUM—it’s also packed with benefits for your hormones, mood, and overall health. Here’s why I love it:

1️⃣ Hormone Support
☕️🍫 Cacao is rich in magnesium, a mineral that supports hormone balance, helps ease PMS cramps, and promotes relaxation 🛀

Cacao is high in flavanols, powerful antioxidants that improve blood flow to the brain. This can boost mental clarity and support serotonin production… especially helpful in the days before your period when serotonin levels naturally dip 🙃

The magnesium and natural compounds in cacao help promote calmness and may even improve sleep when enjoyed before bed

1tbsp Unsweetened raw cacao Milk of choice (coconut is my favourite for this) Tahini Cinnamon (optional)
Mix 1 tbsp of unsweetened raw cacao powder with warm milk (I use unsweetened coconut) and heat in a pot. When you have the desired temperature, transfer to a blender with 1 tsp of tahini and then serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
