why am I so sure I can help you?

spent years not understanding my own body. For a long time, despite genuinely LOVING food, I saw it mostly as a way to stay full and manage my weight.

Then one day, the bloating crept in, the exhaustion, the candida, the cravings, the brain fog. Slowly, without me really noticing, all my days started to look like this… and I kept asking myself why me? When all my friends seemed to be leading completely normal lives.

So I did what most of us do; I went to the doctors, was told everything looked normal, and felt completely alone in the fact that I was very far from feeling normal. I was quite desperate to fix my symptoms so kept jumping from one thing to the next only to find my symptoms get worse instead of better.
