Then one day, the bloating crept in, the exhaustion, the candida, the cravings, the brain fog. Slowly, without me really noticing, all my days started to look like this… and I kept asking myself why me? When all my friends seemed to be leading completely normal lives.
So I did what most of us do; I went to the doctors, was told everything looked normal, and felt completely alone in the fact that I was very far from feeling normal.
